Hi, I’m Chelsea Lee! I grew up in Malaysia, studied in Singapore, and worked in Hong Kong for over 8 years. Graduated with a Business Administration (Hons) degree from the National University of Singapore, I have accumulated over 13 years of Human Resources experience. I'm currently the Head of People at a Technology company and lead a team across different countries. Throughout my work experience, I’ve worked and hired interesting people of all backgrounds, roles, levels, functions, industries and diversity. I have a deep passion for understanding people and building connections. I started my coaching journey with The Coach Partnership in May 2020, obtained my Newfield Coach Certification (NCC) in Jan 2022, and achieved my International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification in Dec 2022. So far, I have more than 150 hours of coaching experience. 

 

I consider myself very active outside of work and constantly seeking new adventures and purposes in life. For examples, I spent a month in Morocco to teach kids English, a month in South Africa to build house for a family in township, a month in India for Yoga practice and a month in Philippines to dive and get my certification as a PADI Divemaster. I also love being outdoor and in the nature. I had trekked to Everest Base Camp (5,364m), and climbed to the summit of Kilimanjaro (5,895m). Both Kilimanjaro and Mount Everest are the inspirations for the logo I've created for this website. Like climbing, building a successful career is a steady hike and it takes resilience and and perseverance to overcome different obstacles to reach the mountains.
